Looking to Climb in Melbourne

Hello!

I am a Canadian student who has just arrived in Melbourne. I started climbing before I left and am
interested in keeping it up. I am currently living out in Burwood and am wondering if there are any
climbers from this area who head to any gyms on a regular basis? I am looking for partners/ways to get
to climbing gyms/areas/whatever I can get my hands on. I am willing to pay my share in gas if there is
anyone from this area who goes out to any gyms and is willing to give me a lift!

Thanks!

Wow, it looks like today is you lucky day!
There just so happens to be a post over in this thread by another Canadian student in Melbourne who is looking for a climbing partner.

:D

Nah seriously, if your a student a great place to start is always a University club. Melbourne, Monash, Latrobe and RMIT Universities all have good clubs that are active in climbing. Even if your unfortunate enough not to attend any of those three universities you can still join the clubs.
