Unfortunately my triathlon career has come to an abrupt holt as after that Gatorade series we were both in finished I was training up for the Melbourne Marathon and in doing so my knees packed it in for anything more than about 5km. The specialist suggested that running is not for me as my cartlige is thin and has lines in it from the running I've done. So now I'm well out of shape for Triathlons. The only reason I got in to triathlons in the first place was so I could get fit enough to do some adventure races, which I'd still like to do as long as they are not so running dependant. But I need to get fit again first. Are you interested in doing adventure races? Are you still doing the Triathlon thing? Good to hear you've come back to climbing!
