I don't know that anyone was about to accuse you of being mature...
I use tricams as well. The two smallest - pink and brown - are pretty versatile pieces of gear. they both work brilliantly in solution pockets. You could probably place the pink tricam on nearly every route at Araps.
They can be fiddly to place and they can be even fiddlier to remove. But on the plus side, they aren't heavy and they fit places nothing else will.
