Doh! Sorry yes NEIS. Someone told me Newstart the other day and I got confused.
I know someone who received NEIS money while running another successful business which is against the rules and their new business was some unlikely-to-succeed thing which didn't end up happening but they never had to repay the money.
Not promoting any kind of social security fraud here.
Warning Warning!
Please don't commit social security fraud. You could have to repay all the money and be charged with an offence which is punishable by a term of imprisonment. Jails aren't nice places.
