Wow this is getting very philosophical for a Tuesday arvo :) I too love my job (environmental scientist), which also fulfills the "need to make a difference" part of my psyche. At near enough to 31 having only discovered climbing a little over a year ago I'm finding it difficult to get as much climbing in as i would like (working full time and finishing off a thesis may have something to do with it :)) Not at all concerned about money/possessions as long as I've got enough to have fun. I wish i had found climbing earlier-all those wasted years :) I figure i can buy a few extra years by putting some ova in cold storage :) (family later). Just trying to figure out how to have my cake and eat it three times :) Seeing as I'm on a sicky to try and finish off the thesis I'd better get back to it.
