i happen to know for a fact that one of those was done whilst stoned, not sure
wether the belayer was, but i would assume so hearing the story of the ascent, i wont
say which ascent as i feel at this point all i have have given is common knowledge (ie Sharma smokes pot etc ...) but to go further would not be fair to said person.

To look at pot from a health point of view, cancer, tar, no brain cells etc (lovely stuff btw :P) yes of course it will affect any athletic activity, but to hwat degree is different for every person.

With regards to a 5.15 stoner could climb 5.16 if they didnt smoke i disagree, and again have first hand knowledge but wont digress names as i have no permission or right to ( you will just have to beleive me). I know of a 5.14a climber who smoked pot for about 3 years maybe 3-4 times a week occasionally they would climb stoned (hardest stoned ascent i know of is 5.13c) since quitting the "evil weed" there hardest ascent is 5.13c. Yes im being pedantic and they have only quit smoking for about 1 month but i beleive its each to there own, some can, some cant, some climb better, some climb worse... and yes all will suffer "health" affects :)
