Anybody .... I have these bumps on my fingers formed at the joint closest the tips (Distal Interphalangeal Joint? after excessive climbing. I find them painful when I clench in but not a prob when climbing. I think that I must be crimping too much or too hard. Maybe it's time to develop sloper strength. Anybody.....
