I take Vitamin B (supposedly good for nerve damage), and sometimes down a homemade protein shake after a session at the gym. Also, Vitamin Caffeine.

And with all due respect and no insult intended, steph, you're wrong. There is no reasonable argument that says "protein shakes => supplement abuse." If I was to go home and eat dinner after a session, and it happened to contain a couple of eggs, a glass or two of Milo, and maybe a bowl of icecream for dessert, you wouldn't be screaming "Oh shit, watch out for the supplement abuse!" - but the protein content would be the same anyway. As someone said, it's just food in a more concentrated form.

HGH is a different matter - but I think we've established that bulking up doesn't necessarily help your climbing.
