Most good (free) camping options already mentioned. End of dirt road at Victoria Falls (east of Mt Vic pub) also has free camping (pit toilets and fire places) but road is a bit rough for some cars, unless graded recently. Can you still WALK in and camp at Cosmic?
June/July is sort of off-season due to cold temps and you'd need to pick your days and locations. I've climbed at Mt boyce in snow during July (novel experience to do once, but faarrrking cold) - different but not really much fun unless you could wear warm socks inside your climbing shoes...
Wolgan (and Tarana...) are options on cold days or if its drizzling up around Blackheath/Mt Vic. Tarana had (has?) a reasonably priced pub and the Wolgan has a campground.
Bowens Ck with great, upper-grade sport climbing is also an option for cold days, its a drive from Blackheath/MtVic though.
As mentioned by Simon try cragx site. Or hang around the pub carpark with a "belay bitch" sign around your neck ;)
