How often do you train per week indoors? |

Usually I train three times a week on my woody. I haven't been to a gym in years though. I have a capmus board, hangboard + a reasonable amount of space for problems and travers/stamina workouts and also have set up system type holds to train with added weight.
Usually Tuesday and Thursday nights and another session sometime over the weekend after climbing at the crags just to completely destroy myself. Just make sure you rest enough to recover fully for the next session otherwise you are wasting your time. |
