hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any training ideas for getting strong toes.
Any ideas would be appreciated. :)

To elaborate rightarmbads comment - ideally run barefoot in soft sand.
Also climbing barefoot or in slightly larger than usual climbing shoes where the shoe is unable to provide the same amount of support as a correct fitting pair would.

and guys!! Especially using ballet slippers, rather than the pointe shoes which offer more support.
