anyone have any suggestions for a good warm up for climbing....never really thought about warming up before...( but then i dont really pull down any hard grades)
but after reading some of the posts here i'm thinking a warm up might not be such a bad idea.
and while i'm here how about suggestions for a training workout...for someone who doesnt have their own woodie...or easy access to one..

hey man,
theres some really good training info on the net, just do a google search. Or pick up a copy of a training book like 'performance rockclimbing' or smething like that. Its a little too complicated to detail in a quick post

just jumping around for five or so minutes til u start to feel the first drops of sweat is usually enough.. then some light traversing.. then light stretching (including individual finger stretching - for 12 secs each) is what i usually do.
