I got in earlier this year in a subaru impreza. this has poor clearance but a short wheel base so if you hit the humps with enough angle you dont bottom out (much). in the dry any car with reasonable clearance should probably be ok as long as you are careful. i dont think that 2wd/4wd/awd is particarly relavent in the dry but it may have changed since i was there.
