ive done a little in the grose and if i was to bolt a new route there i would never think about using bash in carrots.glue in ones would be good i guess but their annoying esspecialy on long routes cause you cant chalk up because your bags filled with bolt plates. i dont know how placing carrots allows you to retreat without leaving any gear (written above) by plcing a wire over it,if thats what you were saying. what could be fun is puting in a ring in a long runout section but counter sink it that little bit to much so people will hang round there trying to get a draw on while they keep getting more pumped.just to tight a gap for any biner. have fun
