Didn't you notice the smartarse (boulderer) with the Grigri belaying on the lead wall.
He was booted off after numerous complaints from climbers, staff and the public. My personal favorite was when someone from the audience commented on how much slack he had out, he ran out another metre or so just to prove how funny he is. I wonder how he would feel if someone moved his mat while he's on a highball problem?

Re - the setting, I agree there are difficulties in actually doing it, however a bit of forethought as to the way routes are set would go a long way. What is needed is a philosophy toward the job, and a plan. Many of the routes were "adjusted" between rounds as the routesetters realised they had been bettered... A certain yellow route used for the seniors a case in point, it was probably a steady grade 18 and might have become a 20 after adjustment
