I have just reviewed the 20th resume today for an IT position we are recruiting for. These people must have reading disorders. What part of "dont apply unless you meet the mandatory requirements of the position" are people struggling with. We want a junior, someone with 1-2 years experience and we get people who have been in the industry for 20 years. My brain hurts. Thank god its almost home time.
