So... assuming that I want to go to Arapiles for a weekend or a trip, whenever, winter, summer.. I have to: #1. Be able to afford the internet... #2. Have a mobile phone which has internet.... #3. Book a time at the Library internet just to Book my stay at Arapiles... #4. And all for a government.... (**cough** ahem**) I mean... all for a website that is just completely incompetent... For what??? To be charged more fees?

And assuming that I have actually been able to PREbook my stay at arapiles... with my "apparent" credit card... How will I actually be able to extend my stay if there is no reception for my AMAZING mobile phone that I apparently need to have.., to book VIA the internet which I apparently need to have.. on my mobile which has no reception at arapiles.., which means I need to manage to find my way into town.., just to do this... in order to avoid a FINE. ?
