Hi guys,
I've recently been keen to return to climbing after a long break due to a really busy year of work. I used to climb ~19 trad before the break, but am now much fatter than I was back then. Do you have any suggestions of how to get back in shape at a reasonable pace without hurting myself? I was thinking maybe running, but that has never been hugely effective for losing weight for me in the past.
