Pet hates Only in America.... Scrappy disgusting bits of ratty old tat around a spindly tree with a rusty cold shut as an anchor to a perfectly nice bolted climb. WHY OH WHY IS IT SOOO? As soon as i get up a climb - anything, grade 5.2 or grade 5.12, there is a line at the bottom of it of people wanting to DO THE ROUTE THE CHICK GOT UP. Similarly - when i do a hardish problem at the gym is it then immediately "EASY and REALLY ONLY SUITED TO THE DIMENSIONS OF THE OZZIE CHICK". Why is it that the chances of having a good pair of shoes to fit, that are appropriate for the climb, reduce with the number of shoes I own/carry to the cliff?
