skill.strength.pro
skill = (Ewbank x 1/2 rounded down)*
strength = 1 - 3 (easy, ok for grade, hard)
protection = 0 - 3 (deadly, poor, OK, good)
* how many grades change up or down? if there were more information, why not fewer grades?
eg. well graded 16 hand crack good pro = 8.2.3
hard 15 off width with poor pro = 7.3.1
easy 13 on total choss = 6.1.0
