I don't understand why HMC was used as an example of Victorians 'laziness' to develop new lines at the start of this thread. Two new lines have gone up in the cave since March!!! Developers of the cave (brand new lines, no link ups) in the last couple of years include Alan Price, Richard Dale, Sharik Walker, James Kassay and Alison Wong. James Kassay has been used as an example of a talented boulder who does not go searching for new lines- he makes two regular trips to the Grapmians a year, easter and new year- of course he is going to try to send something established and hard in a limited time frame. Bouldering development is happening all the time in the grampians, perhaps some people are just not "in the know" about what is actually happening.
