Im with Claw and Bundy, no beer or clogging the system up with junk till I crack, all this beer has made me fat (*cough, 71kg, cough*).

Taking more supplements, to supplement the good food I will be eating, but more to the point the increased workloads Im planning.

Can't recommend these guys enough, bioflexnutrition.com.au - products like biocharge & recovery x have been a huge boost in my fitness life, and being a newbie to supps, was scheptical as hell, but now it's a part of my sporting life. Or if u just want cheap electrolites try www.bulknutrients.com.au. Both these Aussie supp companies really changed my approach to fitness, along with BB sites like sizematters.com.au (always good for a read when u need motivation to improve diet, as these guys are the fussiest eaters).

Lol, and guess I should have a climbing goal but whatever, just wanna have fun... ;)
