You should be more concerned about rain instead of the heat!
Even if it is 40 degrees you can still climb you just have to pick your spots and time of day. Plenty of very shady gullies too keep you cool and remember that after 4 or 5 pm the whole mount goes into shade with the sun setting at around 8 or 9 so that's plenty of time to get a decent amount of climbing in.
