1st thought that came to mind was with so many pictures u need a coffee table photo book.

I havnt made one, but have seen good ones a friend put together.

As far as I know, you download editing software, and can arrange all your photos for book (so all the basic resizing and cropping is provided in the software). As for photoshopping, maybe just do this for ur favorite photos and cover etc...

If you google images for "coffee table photo books" there's lots of examples, but basically u can decide if u want to add text, or just keep to photo's.

Often a combination works best, heaps of pics, and the maybe intorductions to each chapter of you'r holiday...

The hardcopy book is sent out to you once u submit it via the application, and there's often alot of specials, so shop around if ur interested.
