After getting pumped silly at CAmels today, i went to check out hanging rock, i know you cant climb there, but i thought it might be worth a look for a boulder.

I was very suprised, i was expecting a lot of slabby styled climbing, but theres a good range of styles. I saw a few routes which looked quite impresive, im not sure the names but what i could figure from the guide i had the following looked good...

There was alos a few aid routes which looked very very doable...

I was wondering if anyone had climbed there, the ban has been enforced since 1990 i think so thats well before my climbing carrer begun, just curious as to why climbing is banned now. I doubt it will be permitted again. Theres so many great looking lines there. What were some of the better routes that any of you have done.

Mikl, i know u had significant influence in the development of this area, im just curios about the history of the place.
