We we're camping in the pines in March/April 99 it must have been around full moon as things were a bit mad, lot's of bombs going off!!

One particularly large & rowdy group decided to try & build as large a fire as possible & started pilling as much wood as they could lay their hands on....but this was not enough, they started throwing camping gear on as well, it really went off when one of the guys had his sleeping bag thrown on.

General pandemonium ensued with a bit of fisticuffs then a fire engine arrived followed by the police....it all ended with the fire being put out and one guy being taken away by the police protesting "you can't arrest me i'm american" very amusing.

It was very quiet in the pines for the next couple of nights.
