Just wondering if there are any climbers out Orange/Bathurst way? Im moving for a job, so just checking out if there are any like minded rock enthusiasts. I can be persuaded by gym/sport/bouldering/trad, what ever your poison may be.

There's a campus of Charles Sturt Uni in Bathurst and Orange. I'd imagine there would be some kind of outdoors club operating at one or both that would have active climbers as members. Most universities I have been to seem to have them.

I know there is an active climber in Canowindra. Me, Mikl and widewetandslippery met him a few years ago on the slopes of Weddin Mountain (not really a climbing destination).

I'm pretty sure Mikl got contact details off him. I did but typically lost them.

I am aware of a few in that area, but the only one who frequented Chockstone no longer seems to do so.
If you PM me I can reply/give you some old links I have, that although no longer current, are still in the area and may know of current climbers to try.
