Alright...I got a room for rent again this year.

Located in Mont Albert Nth which is yuppie ville, but probably the shittest house on the st. 8 minutes from a tram stop and 12 from a train station. 22 minutes to the city by train.

Small room - $550 a month/ $120 a week + bills (about $5 a day)

Big house, fireplace, central heating - heaps of living room. 2 lounges and a dining area.

Yard, off street parking, storage space, ya di ya di ya da....

I've got a dog so the back door is open all year round. An amazing dog who will leave u and ur stuff alone if thats what u want.

My daughter doesn't live with me but visits a bit.
