I have had a quick look at the new guide! It is indeed a nice looking guide. Not sure how it’s meant to change my impression of the area…
It wasn’t too cold - in fact it was quite pleasant. The pro was adequate (for the leader ;) And the rock WAS crap in places. I was also concerned about the necessity to climb and walk over native vegetation and the impact this would have. At one stage there was no rock exposed and I was forced to step and pull on the plants!
As far as shiny bolts go…what’s your point? Anyway
I was just trying to see if other people have had a similar experience and it seems that some people have and others have really enjoyed this area.
