hey all is Nerriga still open, last i heard the road was closed. Want to take the girlfriend there next weekend, and i cant seem to find the link to the guidebook can someone help me out??

There is a dirty big overpass thing going straight through where a most of the climbing used to be and parking looks non-existant.

The camping down near the river is still accessable and doesn't seemed to be heavily impacted by the road work. It's still really nice.

For climbing, I advise driving a further 20km and going to Tianjara. It is very good.

You'll get a single car in, maybe two. That section of the road is almost finished. Road is not closed, that was only or the bridge works. Section across Sassafras and Tianjara is now under cobstruction - anticipate delays, which could go 20 mins. The Tianjara carpark is still open but.
