There has been 86mm of rain in Halls Gap since 6am. There has been some road damage reported. So far Parks have closed a section of the Bolte Hwy near Roses Gap. If you're planning on going to the Gramps in the next few days check the Park site for any other closures that might occur and watch out for washaways, especially on the more remote roads that might not have been reported.

HRCC posted:
ROAD CLOSURE
Please note that the section of Roses Gap Road between Wartook and Roses Gap is closed to all traffic.
Flash flooding has caused debris to cover the road and also to damage the bitumen seals and sides of the road.
We will advise when the road is reopened.

Parks has updated the closure on the Bolte Hwy, albeit with bureaucrat speak ("further rain damage has accrued on the road" - I think they meant to say "occurred", otherwise it's just a book entry) :
Further to this morning’s part closure of Mt Zero Road, Parks Victoria crews have assessed the northern end of Mt Zero and further rain damage has accrued on the road making the road impassable in sections.
Please see the following closures for Mt Zero Road:
• Flat Rock intersection to Roses Gap Road
• Roses Gap Road to Heatherlie Quarry
This closure will be in place until the area dries out and machinery and crews can enter the area to repair the damage.
