Hi,
The g/f and I are headed to Halls Gap from Tues - Sat this week. I am hoping to sneak in a day or two climbing while up there. Can anyone recommend a Winter friendly climbing location? I have kind of done Summer Day Valley to death so am looking for something close by, preferably with some options should it rain.
Top-rope options would be great for some fun, can lead in the low teens. Any suggestions would be great!
Cheers.

Low teen grades and rain protection don't really go together, but you're best option is probably the sun deck aka wave wall, if you can stretch to 17/18 on bolts. Nice sun trap and stays dry in light rain

The Watchtower and Wall of China are reasonably easy to set-up topropes from. Nothing much in the low teens - but a few routes in the upper teens. Wall of China gets morning sun, but the Watchtower can be pretty grim in winter. Both areas are nearby to Halls Gap (ie you can walk there from town)

Lookout Point Wall. Morning sun, some low-to-mid teens great leads, topropable stuff to 20.

Lookout Point Wall just 5 minutes walk from the Sundial carpark is a good single pitch/top rope option. East-facing, as so much is, so will get cold fast in the afternoon. Best to use the link to ACA above as TheCrag mangled the import of single-pitch routes from that site and dropped most of the info.
For the afternoon there are heaps of west-facing little crags just across the creek from Halls Gap. Unfortunately they're not well-served by the online guides.
Here's a link to this area on ACA. There are at least some routes there. There are also some in the VCC South-East Grampians Update. You might even be able to pick up a paper-based guide in Halls Gap but I wouldn't bet on it.
Looks like the weather's going to be pretty nice (but cold) until about Thursday. Have fun.
