Took the kids out to Mt Beckworth today, was looking for easy stuff with a minimal walk so thought the Plantation looked a good bet. As the guide suggests the road isn't too bad, except for the large pine tree across the road.

I'm sure no one goes here but if you do expect a walk. We ended up walking from the tree, taking the trail after the tree (the second one on the road) and threw a top rope on the first bit of climbable rock we found.
