Pro is not nearly as sketchy as suggested in the chockstone guide. Good small to medium wires in the bluestone window cavities facing the bay.
Mid teens on all walls if you use the ledges, late teens to early twenties if you don't. Awesome view but sadly no jars filled with cash up there.

I have been down there a bit recently. Not up, just round. Did you down climb?

Left some static and a couple of snap gates wrapped around that king sized pole up there. You can spin the setup around after leading up and crack away at any of the four walls.
The police did a slow gangster style drive by but didn't bother to get out of the car - so presumably all is kosher.
Lots of old ladies clapping every time you bop up but it still beats the stuffing out of many of the other bluestone options around town

Good luck to you but I think that it is only a matter of time before you are asked to stop.

Just in case no one knows what this is referring to...

If folks lay off the chalk a little, the inevitable booting might be delayed

Here a couple of shots intended to indicate the only wall really suitable to lead up (the cracks in all other recessed windows are filled with mortar) and the very cruisy positions the tower offers up for placing gear...
Hope this works, I'm not computer savvy

It's a heritage listed building from 1852 - council will definitely kick your ar5e & try fine you if they find out folk are climbing up it! I'm surprised the cops didn't do that already.
I grew up a few hundred metres from it....can't believe I've never thought to climb it.

I'm sure they'll sound a warning before the arm of the law gets flexed. I'll enjoy it in the mean time and encourage all to do the same.
Thinking about either falling back on the best clean climbing ethics defence I can muster or just hiding up top like a naughty 8 year old and refusing to come down

Checked it out today, looks cool. Saw the anchor then jumped on here to find who left it.
Think I'll go climb it tomorrow....looks great.

Nice. Should be able to get there over the next few weeks and swap the now sun and rain attacked nylon with something a bit beefier.
