The bee hive in the pocketed break about 10m up the wall is active again. Unfortunately before I got up all the routes :((

Bee hive update: Thanks to a large petrol-soaked rag (or what is rumoured to be one of Nathan Hoette's socks), the hive is presently well and truly deserted. Whilst there's plenty of things to worry about whilst climbing on this fine wall, getting hit by angry bees is not currently one of them.

Just wondering whether the bees are still there on Collision Course.
I appreciate there are other threads with more recent updates, but this one comes up first in the search!

Yes, though they're quiet when it's cool. I trd CC maybe a two months ago.

Anyone know if this climb needs a positive apiarist factor?

Non of the above. I a top roped it, as apposed to the later time I did not a top rope it due to a many bee action, when it was a warm and a sunny.
