It's a PDF and all text is vector based so is resolution independent. Thus the text (and line work) can be blown up to any size. The background photo was made by stitching 5 12 megapixel photos together so should be gigantic. Printed at A2 it looked fine. * I don't have access to a real computer to check the file I uploaded, but I'm pretty sure it was huge.

The text I agree is res independent. I dunno about how it would look on canvas that's all. My back of the envelope calc said I'd need 78 mp to make a pic that size at 300 dpi with no interpolation. 5 12 mp shots, after stitching and trimming probably only gives you 40 mp to play with. That's a lot of interpolating.

It's 48inches by 17inches at 300 dpi.
Increase it by 10% at a time with photoshop (set an action to keep it to a one button job)
and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the quality. I doubt canvas would need more than 200dpi for a good picture, anyway.

Actually, I just took it up to 86in x 30in or so and it is quite remarkable. Great shots Neil.
