The better question might be whether you'd donate to buy Stugang something constructive to do with his free time ;)
I'm sure you'll get the usual complement of outraged responses.
Climboholic wins the first trolled award. If I was responsible for half the things people think I'm responsible for, I'd be buried next to Hitler (and thus Godwin's law is invoked just to round this out).

Dammit! It was so bloody obvoius too.
Edit: But Stugang did such a good job of mimicking Davidn's sense of humour. Aplologies Mr N.

Stylometry?
You have three blokes and three shielas chasing you down...
What is your take on that stugang?
Heh, heh, heh.

?
I tend to agree with Ben_E, re:
>>>A shame; there's often good points hidden under his belligerent online tone
Post edit:
Hmm.
For all those who voted no.
You value online ID One Day Hero more than Chockstone as a whole package?

There is a link to download the tools they use. Can someone do this so we can know once and for all who Hex is/was?

Although he certainly wrote more than the magic 6500 words on this forum, I am still coming to terms with where it goes from there.
If you want to follow hex posts, then follow the Tasmanian climbing forum, but being anonymous in more than one location, doesn't necessarily lead to an 'outing'?

The userID CliffD doesn't seem to exist anymore, nor any posts by same...
Yet there still exists plenty of quotes of posts made by same.

I don't value one forum member over another but I value the freedom of expression.
I may not agree with how Damo expresses himself (at times) though I reckon he livens the place up a touch:)

You reckon it is the same person?
I found Cliff here
http://www.chockstone.org/Forum/Forum.asp?Action=Go&Within=Author&Search=Cliff
... but Cliff D is no longer a registered user-ID, and the many posts attributed to the 'original' ID have been deleted...
~> If it is a morph, then this one slipped under my radar. Not surprising really, as I did not note anything of contention within those posts.
Post edit:
If the morph is legit, then I find it interesting that although these things happen, the addiction to Chocky is strong!
Heh, heh, heh.

That was an interesting thread and rang vague bells.
Thanks for the refreshed enlightenment.
