Just looking through the members list at who is using icons with their posts....

I changed mine from a rat (as gym rat) to a really white bloke in a singlet (you might be able to guess why). So why did you choose yours?

I've often wonderd why people have chosen the icons they have, but they often seem to fit, for some reason.

The arrow in the head represents the fact that climbing is a mental game, you have to control or overcome fear to climb well. Also I am ampt to say something that might be a bit stupid becuase I often don't think or care about the consequences too much.

Besides that it just looked funny - and no one else uses it.

I don't use an avatar (aka user ikon) because I think it would be pretentious. There's nothing wrong with other people using them but I would be embarassed to adopt one for myself.
