It will be NE Vic somewhere. Too many trees for Mt Hope, with plantations I'm thinking nearer Omeo...

Don't think Rolling Stone Wall. This is more on a hillside with a good road not gravel below. Plus too many farm houses to sneak past...

No, to all the above.
dalai is getting quite warm for location guess, though not many farmhouses in vicinity, and the dirt road is 'ok' (variable quality in places), however that was good fun on the bikes*.
(*Read after this pic was taken and we departed, I spun-up the rear wheel without really trying, in the loose sandy-gravel road surface, through first 5 of 6 gears, and each time the tail stepped sideways due the road camber,... heh, heh, heh.)

Picture posted again here, to save you going back to the last page.

No.
Another clue:
Chris Baxter has his name on the longest (152 m) route so far recorded here*!
* ~> That ought to narrow it down heaps!!
Heh, heh,heh.
Post edit:
Because I realise it won't narrow the field significantly, here is another clue...
The name of the route with C. Baxter's name on it, starts with the letter 'W', ends with the letter 's', and is a grade 17, put up in 1978 with Dave Gairns.

Macfarlane's Lookout??
and the route Chris Baxter did was "Warnings- 152m 17" in 1978 with Dave Gairns.??

marky has it.
McFarlands Lookout it is.
Located approx 35 km NE of Omeo / 15 km NE of Benambra.
It looks to be good climbing, but the few routes in the VCC Eastern Guide don't read quite that way.

Really doesn't sound a good spot from the write up!

I had a look at it in passing a few years back and it does look good but I think it needs a top-down approach to produce good climbs.
