Stoked to bump into my favourite type of climber last night (this is sarcasm, or tongue in cheek, or something like that)

The sort of guy, who you mention that you'd like to do some moderate trad at Booroomba, and he spends the next 20 minutes talking about how Integral (gr20, 48m) is "a great trad beginners route" (!!?) and regaling us with stories of awesomeness in the face of 20m granite slab falls. "Oh yeah, 'No Beans' is a great route, a little over bolted, with 4 bolts in 50m. Yeah routes like that, you just don't fall, you know"

Tosser. Only interested in giving the impression that he was awesome. I disagree.

Tell us more, Evan.

Was he young or old?

Where did you bump into him?

What is his name?

Was he wearing prana?

Did you tell him he was an oxygen thief?

Awww

London is a harsh place, though I reckon you're more than capable of taking care of yourself, Caple :-) Nevertheless, if rescue is required, why don't you just email me?

You have gone to the dark side of the force! The Jedi of sandstone will not stand for this!

Just read Jerry Moffatt's Revelations, time and money well spent - I'm on the second lap now and its still entertaining.

16 more days of work then I'm done, just in time for reasonable weather and long hours...looking forward to taping because I've worn the skin out.
