Rescuers have a choice. They either get paid for their services or volunteer. Regarding rockfall, you shouldn't climb loose routes above crowded tracks (if it's in the back of beyond then it's not an issue), and if there are two parties on a wall notorious for rockfall, the higher one has a responsibility to be reasonably careful, likewise the lower party should not get too close.
BTW if he had some kind of gear to ensure bystanders were not injured then I retract my comment, however that I was pretty sure that he didn't.

the first time i ever came across it was on a rst day in blackheath back in the day (when i was living in a tent in mitch warrens backyard) - it was drizzling out so me & qld timmy were watching japanese soapies all day on sbs, then this 'mighty boosh' stoner show came on and we were in stitches- it was the 'monkey hell' episode. i havent been the same since.

how lame is this: my 16 year old sister got to see chilli peppers llast night, she started listening to them like a year ago. whereas they've been pretty much my favourite band in the world since i was about 12 and I couldnt get tickets ANYWHERE. lame.
