This looked too good to be true for non-EU/CH people so out of curiousity I spoke with Aux Vieux Camper:
1. Policy covers the accident situation only and not normal travel insurance so you'd need to take their policy as a supplement to normal travel insurance.
2. If you need to be repatriated then you only get repatriated to somewhere in the EU/CH, you have a distance and altitude limit in respect of this part of the cover: 4,000m and something like 4,500km from a French border dependent upon how much you pay.
3. All types of climbing are covered. When i consider the accident stat's we get from the CH alpine club and the US, that's one hell of a subsidy being passed through from gym/sport climbers to the trad/high alpine climbers...trad freaks who buy this policy raise a glass to the sport/gym-rats next time you're celebrating the next successful low summit jaunt.
I'd contact an insurance broker and set out very specifically the requirements/budget. In dealing with them there's only one rule: caveat emptor.
