Out of general interest, anyone with some knowledge of "E" grading care to guess / inform what "E" grade kachoong would get.
I am aware Kachoong has fixed protection and as such an "E" grade isnt entirely relevant.

E2 5c I'd say. The E grade is relevant as it is not a 'sport route'.

Not splitting hairs, but I'd say E2 5b - there isn't a 5c move on the entire route.

Climbing yesterday with a guy who did Kachoong a year or so back, he reckons E2 5b and 3-stars.

What's Little Thor by comparison? E1 5b?
It almost sneaks into E2 because it's not too hard to lay yourself open to a groundfall

Little Thor is definitely only E1 but might be more like E1 5c. I remember one of the visiting poms back in the 80s giving it that.
