Well regarding the last post in the gym!
i was very pissed off with this comment.
i am a friend ben.
and first he is not a tool.
ben is my hero!!!
he put up oz first 34. he wins boulder comps, he has just amazing strength.
and you my friend put my hero down. thanks.

I think this topic has deteriorated into nothing but personal attacks and I have deleted all replies.

I would also like Rock Weasel to withdraw his comment by editing his post in the "In The Gym" thread re Ben Cossey. Regardless of how anyone feels about anyone this public forum is not the place for personal attacks, or other such childishness.

From The Help:
Posts containing extremely offensive language, blatant racism, sexual harassment, or out right personal attacks on other forum members are unacceptable. On the other hand, light hearted banter, general cursing & expletives, and heated, confrontational debate is fine.
