while researching the KC BOOK ...ima found a bit-byte about Louise...and how she started going to the gim with Kim... until she started getting sore elbows from lifting weights..........well.. ..ima can relate to that so decided to sus it out......there's 3 issues...

1) outside elbow pain is the common ' tennis elbow '

2) inside elbow pain is ' golfers elbow '

3) turns out .. the pain is created by issues relating to the WRIST ...

..."...it can bring-down even the tuffest guys/gals in the gim ...".
