I don't know if it is endemic to that site, but it took me at least three attempts to get to the end of that survey as it kept throwing me back to earlier pages some with my answers already recorded and sometimes not...

I had the same experience. Wondered if it might be due to failing to answer a required (*) question as the second time through was fine.

Some would lable me a pedant, ie I checked and did not miss any question portions, however did answer an earlyish one on it's last option of 'other' with a typed response as compared to a simple click the dot option...
I found a few of the questions could have been better framed though recognised the intent, so managed to complete it in the spirit required as intended.

Why do they never include "environmental" as an industry - it's as vague a term as most others...
& having a compulsory subscribe to our spam to win isn't indicated at the beginning of the survey.
You can add it using Survey Monkey -it won't effect results but may well impact on people's choice to complete the survey if they know the competition is not a reward but rather a way to glean email addresses.

I'm not too concerned about the email harvesting, anyone who has downloaded a copy of vertical life lately has already given an email address. It's not like they are relentlessly spamming us already.
