Since sending them a few pairs of shoes a fortnight ago I have been unable to get in contact, via phone, email, website. This is not typical of prior experiences where they have been prompt to return calls and complete jobs. Has something happened?

Got mine done recently in about 2 weeks, so there didn't seem to be any issues.

Yeah they have been pretty prompt in the past, but since sending my shoes to them a few weeks ago I have been unable to get in contact at all. Phone going straight to voice mail, calls and emails not returned. Seems very odd and out of character.

Maybe. That's why I'm asking, a bit perplexed, not sure if I should be concerned...

In the last two weeks I've done over 10 vertical KMs on the bike. Is that enough?
(Obviously not).

True.
Mate, with the km's G & F knock up, I think they have reversed the order, and now go climbing on their rest days...

Every time Ive used them E.W. (which has been plenty), they have been prompt, usually not more than a week. Now its been three, and I've been unable to contact them in that time via phone (goes straight to voicemail) or email.
Thanks for the info Macciza, I hope things are not to serious on that front. Though I too, would be surprised if there wasn't still someone at the store.

Yes, they got the job done a few days a go and called me.
Most pertinently for anyone else, the phone number on the website is incorrect, despite the fact that it goes to voicemail. Try 02 4787 6550 instead.
