Make sure there is at least one trad route preferably a good one to piss off the sport climbers...
And if it's a trad area maybe one easy sport route just to keep them happy ...
And go quality, not quantity ...

Yep, not intending to bolt any cracks, but there seem to be some nice slabbing, but I know how popular that is these days:)

At the moment its basically cracks or smooth faces.

My experience is more hanging off the sides of buildings or pipe work. On a seperate line we use a bosuns chair made from a car seat base attached to a sheet of ply. Ply to reduce wear on rope and keep seat base rigid. Knee pads and soccer shin guards help as well.
But it's heavy. Hence seperate line. Not great for carry in.
