Not a rock climbing question but does anybody know any good places to abseil no more than hour and a half from shepparton victoria. I'm slowly getting into rock climbing so any help there would be good to . Thanks.

Mt Teneriffe or Mt Buffalo
See map

Both places have enough height to make abseiling interesting, however they don't have people around to do it with, unless you go with the guided mob based at Mt Buffalo.

Apparently there is a clifflet or quarry thing out near Dookie but I was run out of town by the fruit processing mafia before I managed to get around to checking it out.
