Climbing indoors will definately wear your shoes out quicker especially if the walls have any texturing. Even with the best technique you will allways scrape the toe on the wall. I always have some crappy oversized shoes, or ones I have already trashed for training indoors. It may make everying a grade harder but that will only make you stronger for when you get on real rock. Then you can pull out your primo shoes for sendage on something hard.
Indoors is only training and you dont need your feet much for bouldering anyway. |
